Job Description

We are looking for a manager for our Restaurant cum Café in the business hub of Tuggerah Business Park. We have a distinctly warm and inviting atmosphere.

Below is the description:

  • Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
  • Planning and organising special functions
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
  • Lead and take control of the front of house team
  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
  • May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking order

Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum Diploma of Hospitality/Hospitality Management/Business Management level qualification or any other relevant qualification
  • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years is required. Experience in hospitality industry is preferable
  • Prepared to work in a fast environment.
  • Be Enthusiastic and Proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Is able to work on flexible hours

Your salary would be based on your experience and qualification. We would love to discuss this during the interview or you can mention the same in your resume.

Salary with benefits: $50, 000 – $60,000 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
Australian citizens or permanent residents are preferred.
