KP International Pty Ltd operates 2 Metro Petroleum stations located in the Central Coast of NSW. We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for our retail establishment.
About the role:
As a Retail Manager, you will assist the business by controlling and managing the operations of the retail establishment.
The duties include:
• Managing and determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
• Managing, selecting, training and supervision of staff
• formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies
• undertake market research in order to set fair and reasonable prices
• promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services
• selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
• maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• undertaking budgeting for the establishment
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
In return you will receive:
* ongoing support
* Package: $55,000-$60,000 per annum plus superannuation
* Full time position of 38 hours per week
Successful applicant will have a minimum of a relevant Diploma or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
