Full-Time Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

BTL seeks enthusiastic sales and marketing manager with proven record in sales of capital equipment devices in order to start sales activities within newly opened branch in Australia.

BTL Australia is newly opened branch office of the European producer of medical and aesthetic devices. BTL develops and produces world`s award winning aesthetic equipment for body contouring, skin tightening and face lifting. BTL also produces medical devices that belongs to top in rehabilitation, orthopaedic and cardiology.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Supporting to set up the BTL presence and development of the brand recognition
  • Development of strategic plan (marketing and sales) – pipeline, opportunities, expenses, budget, manpower
  • Defining new opportunities and sales channels in the newly opened market for BTL products in the designated region and field (aesthetic, physiotherapy and cardiology)
  • Setting objectives and strategies to achieve annual sales target for the sales team and each individual
  • Identifying and approaching potential new clients, converting enquiries from potential clients to sales
  • Development of KOLs
  • Making presentations, demonstration and training for customers, set up clients` marketing support of BTL, implementation of the products at clients’ premises
  • Communication with the clients, monitoring delivery of products, installation, preventative maintenance support, after sales support
  • Analysis of competitors, their activities, marketing, key message, SWOT analysis
  • Setting prices within the market for BTL products based on market specifications and competition
  • Defining marketing approach for each medical line


  • Proven record in sales and marketing of capital equipment devices, mainly aesthetic field or physiotherapy
  • Required skills: sales and marketing presentation, communication skills, negotiation, market survey research
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, result-oriented, independent worker with good attitude
  • Well-developed business sense
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and ‘people skills’ , the ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • 5+ experience in management and sales

Salary package:
AU$80,000 – AU$100,000 with competitive sales commission based on reached target and sales.
