Hunter Recruitment Group require a “Senior Accounts Assistant” in Gosford NSW:

This amazing organisation is looking to expand its team with an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to support in a variety of administrative, reporting and finance related duties.
The individual will be responsible for handling enquiries from Tenants & Landlords in a professional and timely manner. The role would suit an individual who has a strong service focus, resilience and who is comfortable dealing with challenging conversations when necessary.

For this role you will need:
° Debtors/Creditors experience
° Excellent General Ledger experience
° Payroll & Administration Experience
° A Strong Procedural Skill Set (Able to maintain accurate audit trail records and refine processes)
° Possess MS Office and Outlook skills
° Possess superior organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
° A background in Real Estate would be a bonus
° Able to and enjoy balancing between routine tasks and adhoc tasks as they arise

Aside from fantastic job satisfaction you will be led by great management and be rewarded with an hourly rate of $34.07 per hour, permanent part time. There is flexibility with hours for the right candidate but with organisation growth there is potential for the role to convert to full time. Ideally the hours would be 9am-3pm Monday to Friday.
Working for a not for profit such as this also allows you to increase your take home pay by salary sacrificing into your mortgage or rent. Meaning you pay less tax and could equate to $4-5K extra in take home pay per year.
