Your day to day

Join us as a Senior Crowne Meetings Planner at Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific. As Senior Crowne Meetings Planner you will be responsible for the “Meetings Success” in the Crowne Plaza meetings, conference and event segment. You will provide support to the Crowne Meetings Planners and Clients in planning meetings and events, coordination with hotel operations and client liaison before, during and after each meetingand/or event.

What we need from you

You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who has sound knowledge of planning and sales principles  and techniques  and direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

An integral part of the team, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and comprehension of hotel systems and basic revenue management principles

You must have a flexible work approach where night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job. Ideally, you will also have a Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field.
