Full-Time Store Manager

Donut King – Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced store manager who can run two Donut King stores at the well-known Shopping Centre in the central coast seamlessly.

We are looking for a person who can perform the following duties & tasks:

  • Report to business owners with regular reports on operations, financial, staff and managerial issues.
  • Control operations of 2 stores.
  • Ensure compliance of stores with District Manager & Centre Management.
  • Check inventory & order stock from supplier
  • Train staff on, and use, cash registers (POS), computers, calculators and EFTPOS machines
  • Updating prices, recipe and marketing materials
  • Organise and manage shift rosters and entitlements periodically
  • Maintain relations with repeat customers
  • Communicate with customers for feedback and resolve complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Be a role model, train young supervisors and staff & ensure smooth running of the above
  • Ability to make food, donuts, beverages and coffee according to franchise recipe
  • Maintain exceptional clean and tidiness of the 2 stores.
  • Organise maintenance or repair store plants and machines.


  • Diploma or above OR 2-5 years’ experience in retail food environment
  • Working with children check.
  • Drivers Licence
