Job Description

Our friendly business in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, is looking for a Supply and Distribution Manager that has good communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills and has expert knowledge in project management and logistics. To apply for this position you must have a qualification and experience in a similar role for at least five years and be available to start immediately.

You will be required to:
• Help deliver significant and quantifiable process improvement and financial benefit within logistics and distribution
• Monitoring product orders, storage and distribution
• Creating supply plans for purchasing and fulfilling inventory requirement at the warehouses
• Use system to analyse processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination which support the strategic and operational plans of the company
• Provide high level strategic advice and support to the executive team on the development, implementation, management and reporting of logistical projects
• Set and achieve Service Excellence performance targets with clients and internal stakeholders
• Liaising with department stores and other clients for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation
• Ensure rigorous cycle counting & quality measures are in place to ensure inventory accuracy meets & exceeds targets
• Monthly capacity planning & resource utilisation to achieve Service Excellence delivery
• Other tasks as required by employer

We are offering $67,500K Salary
