Job Description

Genesis IT&T Pty Ltd require a “IT Support Analyst (Level 1) – Contract | Central Coast” in Central Coast NSW:

Contract: 2-4 weeks (with the view to extend)
Location: Erina Heights, Central Coast NSW
Immediate Start Our client is a successful and reputable IT managed service provider and they are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to work on a short term contract for one of their clients in the education sector based in Central Coast.

You will primarily involves in 1st level technical support of desktop environments and servicing the internal users on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level technical support through telephone, email and face-to-face support for all group users, supporting desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, telephones and other IT related issues.
Create, modify and remove user accounts in accordance with IT Department procedures
Provide technical assistance and work direction to aid other employees.
Assist system administrators with Back End maintenance and IT projects as instructed.
Maintain asset records according to IT Department procedures

Log and track helpdesk requests Key Requirements:
IT Education and Qualification
Windows Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Outlook
Windows server 2003/2008R2
TCP/IP
Microsoft Certification will be a plus
Helpdesk Call Logging Software If you have the above experience and skills in a helpdesk environment, and have a positive attitude and a cheerful personality, than this role would be a great fit for you.
