Full-Time Technical Help Desk/Developer – Gosford

Job Description

Milestone-Belanova is a full service marketing communications company based on the NSW Central Coast. From our creative studio in East Gosford, we service clients all over Australia and New Zealand providing strategic, creative and digital services and products.

We have a growing team of marketing strategists, graphic designers, web and digital media developers, copywriters and more, all working together as one collaborative, passionate team.

Currently we have 12 talented people within our team in addition to our Real Estate Academy partner team of around 20 sales and service staff next door. We have a vibrant and busy atmosphere where everyone supports each other and works together to create the most exciting, engaging and technically innovative marketing communications tools possible for our clients.

We are now looking for a digital star with outstanding communications skills to join our team in a newly created role. This role will be positioned within the production department of our Web Books company which is a fast growing partnership between Milestone-Belanova, Real Estate Academy and Inspect Real Estate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical help desk support for clients
  • Development of web books and upgrades
  • Development of new web book templates and enhancements
  • Populate digital platforms as required
  • Code front and back end of other digital projects as required
  • Ensure all projects are fully tested prior to client review
  • Scoping and quoting custom changes to web books systems
  • Auditing and quoting custom renewals/upgrades
  • Job scheduling & advice to clients
  • Technical updates to clients on progress
  • Job management & progress reporting
  • Troubleshooting user / system issues
  • Scheduling custom renewals/upgrades and client liaison

 Selection criteria includes:

  • Great ability to communicate with non-technical clients on web and digital issues
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/web development role
  • 1 year minimum experience in an IT/web related role
  • Thorough understanding of the development process, coding standards and user experience
  • Proven ability to interpret a project / client brief
  • Eye for detail
  • Good trouble-shooter
  • Good time management skills
  • Passion for processes and systems
  • High standard of care for client, great attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as an effective team player and autonomously
  • A great work ethic
  • The ability to live and work in Australia without restrictions
