Full-Time Trainee Receptionist / Personal Assistant – Bateau Bay

Central Coast Group Training is the Coast’s leading employer of Apprentices and Trainees and has been in operation for over 35 years.

Our Host Employer is a Dental practice that has been established for 20 years. They pride themselves on offering their patients excellent customer service and ensuring that patients feel at ease.

The Host Employer is after a Trainee Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their team. This role would require you to work across their offices located at Hornsby and Gosford (primary locations) and on occasion travel to their offices based at Penrith, Parramatta and Miranda.

The duties within this role include but are not limited to:-

• Answering phones
• Booking appointments
• Liaising with other medical practices
• Organising marketing campaigns & other tasks delegated by the Dentist
• Transcribing letters
• Ensuring Reception area is tidy
• Instructing patients on diagnostic sleep testing machines (training provided)

As the successful candidate you will have exceptional written & verbal skills, have a professional presentation, be organised, have great computer skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

You will be working 40 hours a week with a monthly RDO. This position is Monday-Friday from 9.30am-6.00pm.

As part of this Traineeship you will study a Certificate III in Business thought On the Job Training.
