Contract Trainer and Assessor Ageing
Job Description
ET Australia is looking to expand its operations and we are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated Trainer / Assessor for CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) and CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing.
ET Australia’s Training College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers accredited face-to-face training through both classroom and workplace environments across the NSW Central Coast region.
Opportunity
This is an exciting time for ET Australia as we continue to expand our operations in the Central Coast region. The planned expansion sees the Training College requiring a highly engaging Aged Care Trainer / Assessor to join our team of aged care Trainers / Assessors to deliver programs to students in both classroom and workplace environments. A 4 day per week contract commencing end March until December 2019 initially will be offered, with the potential for the position to become permanent.
Key selection criteria (essential):
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116)
• Certificate IV in Ageing (or higher level relevant qualification / degree)
• 2+ years industry experience working in the aged care sector
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence to deliver engaging and motivating programs to diverse learner groups in both a classroom and work environment
• Exceptional time management skills
• Current Driver’s License
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• 1+ years training and assessment experience (preferred)
