Our normal office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday AEST (except NSW Public Holidays). You are also welcome to visit our office on the Central Coast, by appointment.
Communication: All enquiries received during our normal office hours (9am until 5pm Monday to Friday AEST – except NSW Public Holidays) will be responded to within one working day.
In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fully answer your enquiry within one working day, we will contact you anyway, to explain the reason and provide a timeline of when you can expect a full response.
