About the role

We are seeking an energetic and team orientated Coordinator to join our Equipment Management Services team at our Tomago facility.

This is a busy and varied position that will see you providing a high level of coordination and support to the Equipment Management Service and wider team, coupled with a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role, you will be responsible for;

Contract management
Subscription management
Services invoicing
Financial, position and velocity reporting
Renewals management
Financial accounting setup support
Customer service
Qualifications, skills and experience

You are an energetic individual with a high attention to detail and positive attitude. You thrive on assisting others and providing a high level of customer service to the business. You enjoy working in a Coordination role and enjoy the challenge of a variety of ongoing multiple tasks.

As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills:

Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
Background working within the mining/construction industries
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office including proficiency with Excel pivot tables
High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
