Your new company
Our client, a state wide organisation, provides services to the local community from their Newcastle branch. They are currently seeking a temporary administrator to provide holiday cover for a minimum of 4 weeks with the potential to extend.

Your new role
Editing and formatting documents to a high professional standard
Entering information into the Client Relationship Management system (CRM)
Handling customer service enquirers via phone and email
General administration duties such as filing, photocopying and collating etc. as required
Some reception duties such as greeting customers and clients
Maintaining a clean and orderly office

What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration position is essential
High level of written and communication skills
Minimum tying speed of 60wpm
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skill and be able to pick up new systems quickly
You will need to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks with impending deadlines
Be adaptable and able to fit in to a new role with ease
