About the role
This is an opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated person to further develop their career in administration sales. This role will suit someone who has had previous experience in sales and rostering in a hospitality and or healthcare sector background.

You will be responsible for:
Receptionist duties which include some sales & marketing activity
Checking timesheets against rosters before payroll submissions
Resident and family liaisons around new admissions and general enquiries
Conducting tours of the facility with prospective residents and their families
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processing
Minute taking at management meetings
Generalist administration duties as required by the home manager and support staff
What can we expect from you?
Previous experience in a payroll or rostering role
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales based administrative role
Advanced proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and other administration software
Capability to prioritise work and schedules of multiple team members
Initiative and ability to work independently and part of a team (think outside the square when required to achieve outcomes)
All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal’s police check system, and have permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship.
