Job Description

Bridge Consulting require a “Administrator” in Hunter Valley NSW:

Contract Role

  • $35 p/h

Our client is a Government Agency that requires experienced administrators to support the administrative requirements of the Process Administration Improvement Team.

You will be working in a large residential disability facility, so your medical, nursing or administrative background will be advantageous to support the team. You will be provided with a full induction and training to ensure success in your new role.

This role commences on the 08/01/2018 until the 29/06/2018.

Your Role will include:

  • High level of administrative functions
  • Data entry and 100 percent accuracy
  • Working with confidential documents
  • Document formatting & preparation of presentations
  • Research and analysis
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Reporting and monitoring expenses

Skills Required for the Role

  • 2 years or more experience as an administrator in a health/government agency
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
  • Adept in TRIM/RMB, SAP, HR and CRM database
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work across a number of stakeholders
  • Collaborative in a team environment
