As Greater Bank embarks on an ambitious journey to challenge the banking status quo, we are seeking an accomplished and equally ambitious Business Analyst with previous digital experience to join our People & Process Transformation division.

The Opportunity – Business Analyst | 12 month contract

Working within a cross-functional development team, this role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join Greater Bank.

As a Business Analyst, you will work consultatively with stakeholders to analyse existing systems to define requirements for complex new systems. Your will have demonstrated ability to understand business context and to define and document effective, measurable solutions. You will have experience utilising business analysis methods such as: requirements elicitation; workshop facilitation; process modelling; business/functional requirements definition; and requirements documentation.

You will need to work effectively within a fast-moving, cross-functional project team, contributing to achievement of team goals and deliverables. You will utilise your knowledge of current trends and best practice in business analysis to challenge the status quo and contribute to continual improvement of processes and results.

What we’re looking for

An experienced Business Analyst who has operated within project environments, preferably using Agile methods. The successful candidate will be an analytical and critical thinker who enjoys designing creative solutions to meet business objectives. Your highly developed communication skills paired with demonstrated facilitation and elicitation skills will be critical to your success in this role.
