Job Description

Our client is a successful and reputable builder with established brands servicing the Queensland and NSW investment housing industry. Building in excess of 350 per annum, our client has forged a reputation of a quality product coupled with profitable investment opportunities.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will encompass the management, procurement and retention of sales creator relationships. You will ensure that our client’s product is promoted to an expanding database of potential investment buyer representatives, investment selling groups, financial planners and property marketers.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar capacity with another property organisation, possessing an excellent knowledge of the investment home industry and its idiosyncrasies. Exposure to business to business sales capacity is a must, together with a hunger to achieve a significant income, through a diligent, proactive and robust work ethic.

Our client is a rapidly growing organisation. As such, our ideal candidate will have aspirations of growing within their role, demonstrating a track record of delivering results, together with meeting KPI’s / sales targets and have a strong history of sales related achievement.
