Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen require a “Chef de Partie” in Hunter Valley NSW:

Nanna Kerr’s kitchen is one of the newest restaurants in the Hunter Valley and we are expanding; now open 7 days a week 9am to 4pm.

Our business is growing fast and we are looking for an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team; Head Chef, Sous Chef, two apprentices and kitchen hands.

If you are passionate about providing delicious experiences and love organic food you’ll enjoy working with two hands-on owners to take Nanna’s to the next level.

Our food can be described as country elegant – it’s not over the top but it’s sophisticated, we love experimenting with vegan and gluten-free options, our menus are as much indulgent as they are healthy.

You will be a fully qualified chef with at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen.

The interview process will involve cooking for the owners. We want you to be full of love, flavour and personality.

Hours are flexible to suit your personal circumstances; we are open 7 days and last orders for food are 4pm. You’ll be expected to work the majority of Saturdays and Sundays but with a capable and growing team there will be opportunities for some weekends off.

Support with relocation to the Hunter Valley is available for exceptional people. Salary starts at $55,000.
