Job Description

What you’ll be doing
Provide timely and accurate administrative transactional services to support the provision of clinical services across the service under the direction of the nursing/midwifery unit manager (N/MUM).

Hold or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling and comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in word processing, spread sheet and database software.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload and tasks to meet deadlines.
Capacity to work under broad supervision in undertaking a diverse range of tasks.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a team member in a high pressure, high volume work
