North Shore Nurses is looking for experienced Full Time Compliance Officer for a growing Nursing Agency for our Newcastle Office.

North Shore Nurses is one of the leading providers of Nurses in Sydney and across Australia, operating since 2004. We supply Nurses on Casual, Short term Contract and Permanent basis. North Shore Nurses have offices in Sydney, Hunter Valley and UK. North Shore Nurses plans to increase the revenue by five-fold in the next 3 years. The company is continuing to grow rapidly and therefore offer great scope for progression in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Check and chasing compliance daily for all new starters – Casual Nurses
To manage compliance for existing workforce –(Nursing)
Reference Checking and Chasing
Candidate compliance reports working closely with the Directors
Onboarding for Nursing Staff for our Clients
Adding compliance to portals
Keep track of the ever-changing framework criteria of Hospitals
Person Specification:
Medical knowledge of compliance will be an additional advantage.
Confident telephone manner
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
Highly organised individual
Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
