A short-term contract exists for a Compliance and Quality Officer. Our client is a Not for Profit organisation that provides support to individuals across local communities. The Compliance & Quality Officer is responsible in the co-ordination and implementation of ongoing quality monitoring and continuous improvement in systems and processes through providing comprehensive analysis and well-informed advice in relation to implementing a strategic approach to managing risk, quality and compliance across the organisation. You will co-ordinate the compliance of the quality management system, assist with internal audits, reports and action requests. You will also be responsible for continuity of quality improvement, accreditation and quality management within the organisation.

The successful candidate will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in a similar role;
A passion for working in compliance & quality sector;
Understanding quality management practice, including integration with risk management, performance measurement and improvement;
Demonstrated ability to develop, review and maintain policies and procedures;
Highly developed computer skills including excel;
Experience in disabilities highly regarded;
