Job Description

$40,000 – $50,000 a year
We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our busy kitchen in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

You’ll be responsible for

Short-order cook for Breakfast service Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and Lunch service on Tuesday & Wednesday
Maintaining stock for service of all our Signature menu items using the recipes created by the Executive Chef
Managing 2 Apprentices and a Kitchen Hand on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the Executive Chef is rostered off
Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene are maintained at all times
Ensuring that FIFO is adhered to at all times
Nanna Kerr’s is a family friendly, mostly organic, food and wine experience serving wholesome, affordable, and of course homemade deliciousness.

We cater for everyone and have a large range of gluten-free and vegan options always available.

Open from 9am until 4pm – 7 Days a week.

The Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen team select only the best available local produce, organic whenever possible.
