About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will empower people with disabilities with the opportunity to live their most enriched lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients with community based outings by helping them engage in social activities
Assisting clients with personal care needs, feeding and medication
Helping our clients to learn new skills by coordinating new innovative programs such as arts and craft, music or health and fitness.
Delivering personalised support in a group and one-on-one setting

About you

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals who are committed to providing the best outcomes for our clients. You will enjoy working as part of a team, be self-motivated, reliable and possess the flexibility to work around the needs of our clients.

You will have:

Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum) and your own vehicle
Current First Aid, CPR & WWCC or willingness to obtain prior to employment
