A Typical Day

Spending most of your time either on the phone or online, you’ll be chatting and advising students of the best courses, study options, payment plans and educational outcomes available to meet their needs. In this role you’ll develop the ability to have progressive conversations with potential students that ultimately lead to their enrolment and an awesome outcome for their future.

As you grow within your career you will be expected to gain in-depth knowledge of the education sector including local/ national, social, geographical and cultural influences, to help you make confident and focused decisions for our clients.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

Convert generated leads to achieve set recruitment targets and student enrolments
Actively participate in training initiatives
Offer potential students credible and empathetic advice in regards to the courses on offer
Embrace company philosophy of coaching and advising prospective students
Build strong rapport with students ensuring strong future relationship
Achievement of KPIs and Sales Targets
What we’re looking for:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity, as regular contact via phone and email is an essential part of your role. We’re also looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed, that takes personal responsibility for their success and can be a positive addition to our team.

Successful applicants must also have:

The ability to pass a police clearance check
An outgoing character, suited to consulting, influencing and selling ideas
Organisational skills and initiative
Excellent telephone skills
Career ambition and drive
Determination to succeed
Confidence, resilience and experience in making qualitative decisions
Although not necessary, recruitment and/or sales experience is preferred
Know how to have fun is a must!
Diploma or Higher level Qualification – Desired
