At Hudson, we work with a number of leading organizations throughout the Newcastle and Hunter region. Recently, Hudson’s clients have expressed interest in executive support personnel; personal assistants and executive assistants who are ready to take the next step in their career in either a contract or permanent capacity.

We are currently looking for experienced:

Executive Assistants and;
Personal Assistants
Specifically we are looking for the following skills:

Previous experience in executive support roles
Diary and calendar management skills
Travel and booking management
Ability to support multiple or single executives
High technical aptitude (computer programs, document writing and ad hoc administration)
High level of confidentiality and business acumen
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to be adaptable and flexible within your normal working day
