Our client, a leisure and tourism facilitator with a statewide footprint, are looking for an experienced Grants Coordinator to join their growing team, 2 days per week (3 month contract) to start immediately.


The Grants Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a variety of contracts, monitor grant funding opportunities, assess eligibility and match projects, and assist in the planning, development & initiation of specific grant funded projects.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Track and monitor grant funding opportunities
Monitor and report progress on successful grants
Liaise with funding suppliers
Assess eligibility of grant opportunities
Match relevant projects to grant opportunities.
Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders and prepare comprehensive grant applications including business case within required time-frames.
Mange multiple projects concurrently
Experience in preparing and writing grant, tender and award submissions, coordinating multiple projects, facilitating stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or similar discipline.
Commercially minded with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, effective and enjoyable work practices and relationships.
