Full-Time Junior Administrator – Commercial Construction – Newcastle

Job Description

$45,000 – $50,000 a year
Our client is an award winning boutique construction firm who have quickly established themselves as market leaders in their specialist areas.

With a strong focus on customer service, their business has been able to grow organically since inception and they have a strong pipeline of works and an excellent growth strategy in place for the next five years.

An opportunity exists for a Junior Administrator to join their close knit and passionate team where you will provide superior administrative support to the Managers / Team.

In this varied and autonomous role responsibilities will include;
Preparation of job files
Coordinate the day to day running of projects including workflow and trade coordination
Filing , Diary Management
Maintaining site registers, staff inductions, on boarding of new contractors
Maintaining staff and project listings
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following;
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector / if not then good solid admin experience
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
Solid IT skills including intermediate to advanced MS Office suite
