This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known organisation based in the Newcastle region. Working within the Learning and Development (L&D) team and reporting into the L&D Manager, you will be required to provide L&D administration and support across multiple departments in a variety of locations.

You will collaborate with the broader L&D team to ensure you help the business achieve all L&D operational goals. You will assist with maintaining and responding to queries about learning and development, uploading certificates to employee’s records management systems, data reporting as well as providing internal stakeholders with learning initiatives for their employees. A high level of stakeholder management will be required in this role, via email, phone and face-to-face.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a L&D department
Excellent organisational skills
Previous high-level administration experience
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High attention to detail
Available to start a contract role immediately
Excellent communication skills
Highly customer-focused
