About the Role

The Manager, HR Strategic Partnerships, will be a key member of the People and Development Leadership team. Reporting directly to the Head of People and Development, this position is responsible for the design and development of HR initiatives in support of the Newcastle Permanent Strategic Plan.

The role will lead a team of HR Business Partners to provide professional HR expertise, drive and embed appropriate HR strategies and coach and support business unit managers through day to day HR matters including but not limited to talent management, performance management, remuneration and L&D.
About You

To be successful in this role you must have a genuine passion for organisational development. You will be experienced at identifying and nurturing talent and embedding world class performance management programs throughout a large business.

Your ability to build strong relationships and trust with both leaders and employees will be critical. You will be required to guide and influence key people projects, change programs and policy initiatives to help drive a high-performance culture. Extensive HR experience will be backed by formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business or similar.
