Do you possess a passion for and in-depth understanding of digital media in the context of internal and external marketing and communications campaigns? As Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will support a collaborative and dynamic team to deliver the organisation’s Marketing and Communications Strategy and Strategic Plan, with an emphasis on driving digital campaigns and organisational events. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day management of the organisation’s assets ensuring consistency of brand.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the creation, preparation and execution of both internal and external marketing and communications campaigns, plans and activities
  • Playing a key role in the management of the organisation’s assets and collateral material ensuring adherence to branding guidelines and style guide
  • Tracking and generating monthly reports using web analytic tools and data
  • Supporting the development of digital campaigns across all platforms, that promote and support the organisational brand
  • Assisting with the execution of Corporate Partnership programs.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing or Communications or an equivalent field
  • Experience in working on campaigns across digital platforms
  • Thorough knowledge of print and production processes
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Acrobat, Design and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently without the need for close task supervision
  • Experience and in-depth understanding using Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising
  • Videography skills and experience at planning, filming and editing of videos
  • Experience in the application of data collection and analysis is desirable.
