About the Employer
Our client is family owned business that leads the industry in the design and manufacture of quality modular transportable buildings. Using state of the art technology has enabled our client to design, build and construct a variety of customized buildings to suit a wide range of areas.

Our clients modular transportable buildings range from classrooms, offices, childcare facilities, switchroom, general learning areas for schools and many other custom designed buildings. Our client specializes in buildings that are perfect for permanent or temporary use and can be delivered and installed to any destination throughout Australia suiting any requirement.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and success driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will also be required to build and manage project teams, report to the Project Sponsor, and ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.

Key responsibilities will include:
Schedule the project in conjunction with your project manager to meet time frames
Manage project development from initiation to closure
Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor
Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented
Expand client data base within assigned territory

To be successful for this role you must have the following:
Relevant qualification (Project Management, Construction Management or similar)
Minimum 5 years experience in similar project management role
Demonstrated experience managing a team
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
PMI Certification (highly regarded)
Modular construction experience highly regarded.
Previous experience working with NSW Dept of Public Works is highly desirable
