About the Role
Join our national Information, Communication and Technology in this twelve month maximum term full time Project Officer role based in our Newcastle Head Office. This position is part of a newly created team to launch a new end to end technology solution for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the team to deliver project milestones
Provide high level input to the development of project briefs and service proposals management and identify resources and skills requirements
Highlight and identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Project Officer/Project Coordinator in a large organisation
Demonstrated ability to interpret processes/procedures and apply these to the provision of a high level of service delivery and support to internal customers
Sound oral and written communication, presentation and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work commitments to meet deadlines
Well-developed information technology skills for utilising data bases and the Microsoft Office Suite

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
