Impero Conveyancing is a boutique conveyancing firm within Newcastle. With a vibrant, fresh and friendly approach to our clients, associates and a welcoming and supportive work environment, we offer a unique approach to all aspects of our business.

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist/admin assistant to join our support team. The role will be varied and you will be interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis. Two years experience in a Conveyancing or Legal Firm will be preferable but not essential.

Your duties will include

Reception duties – handling all incoming phone calls and directing callers to appropriate staff
Opening and closing files
Stationery orders
Keeping the office neat and tidy
Basic PA duties to the Director, managing diary appointments, workflow, emails etc
Meeting and greeting clients and members of the public
General administrative support including daily collection of mail, basic correspondence, photocopying, data entry, filing, banking
Providing support to other members of staff
The successful candidate will:

Be eager to assist and have a proactive attitude
Be an active member of the team
Be honest, reliable and professional at all times
Be a competent in all areas of communication
Be willing to learn or seek assistance when needed
Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
