Workforce Road Services is the Traffic Management division of Workforce International Group and we have been providing Traffic Management services nationally for over a decade.

Our ongoing growth has created an excellent opportunity for a Resource Coordinator to join our Newcastle team.

Reporting to the Resource Manager, the main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries and process booking requests
  • Timely and efficient allocation of traffic crews, vehicles and equipment
  • Assisting with the registration and induction of new employees
  • General administration and office duties

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and enthusiastic work manner
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Efficient using Microsoft office programs
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a busy office
  • Availability to work afternoon / night shift
