The Role:

As a stand-alone Sales Agent, operating under one of Australia’s most dominating brands, your role will include the expected:

Prospecting the local area and leveraging off current listings
Appraising and listing properties for sale
Coordinating advertising and marketing with the Team Administrator
Arranging and conducting inspections
Negotiating on the sale of properties
Maintaining your database and relationships and staying in regular contact

The ideal candidate:

Must have experience in Real Estate Sales
Real Estate Certificate or License
Be hungry to achieve, with strong negotiation skills
Local knowledge
Driver’s license and own vehicle
