Based in Port Stephens, an exciting opportunity is available for a graduate level Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to grow and development within the business. The successful candidate will participate in a 6-month Sales Leadership Training Program designed to give you the mindset, tools and expertise for success.
Your customer service and sales skills, and new-found passion for safety products, will be put to the test as you deliver value based solutions to new and existing customers. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and adding value rather than hitting one-off targets.

Responsibilities in this newly created role are:

  • Manage and retain existing customer base through proactive customer service and consistent communication tailored to their business needs
  • Answering inbound general enquires and client calls to provide accurate and timely assistance
  • Respond to and convert prospective leads through a process of determining needs and providing value based solutions
  • Research and analyse the market to identify suitable prospective customers and make proactive outbound calls to generate new business leads
  • Accurately maintain and data enter all sales and other relevant information in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed both team based and individual KPI’s and growth targets

Essential to your success, will be your eye for detail and ability to identify new sales and cross selling opportunities, along with a high level of written and oral communication skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential and experience using a CRM system or database will be highly regarded.
