Fletcher Building require a “Sales Support Officer – Stramit Newcastle” in Cardiff NSW:

The Role

As a Sales Support Officer you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for a combination of customer service, sales and administrative duties. As Sales Support Officer you will:

  • Prepare quotes and maintain customer and sales data
  • Maintain market information and project tracking
  • Provide CRM (Salesforce) administration support
  • Provide Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) administration support including creation, approvals, changes, expiries etc.
  • Provide pricing administration support including new price proposals, quotes, and maintenance of pricing documentation to support the account management (sales) team
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional material in addition to coordinating customer appreciation events
  • Prepare reports as required

About the person

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administration/customer service position, ideally from within a sales environment
  • A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding results
  • A collaborative and team focused attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy and intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office suite
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems (e.g.: Salesforce or similar) – not essential
