As a result of our expanding business, a number of positions exist for dedicated Service Consultants to help deliver exceptional service to our International Students and Workers businesses. There has never been a more exciting time to join our International Visitors Contact Centre, as we experience unprecedented and significant growth.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing accurate and comprehensive advice and information about our international products and services, ensuring customers are fully aware of product inclusions, exclusions and restrictions
  • Act as the first point of resolution for customer complaints and disputes, proactively acting upon all retention opportunities
  • Accurately enter and update customer related details into our databases
  • Ensure the lines of communication between our customers and the company are maintained to the highest standard

About you

Your ability to build rapport with our customers coupled with your professional approach and high attention to detail will ensure that you are set up for success at nib.

You will have a passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations and have the ability and skills to communicate with a range of customers from around the world, many of whom have English as a second language.

Due to our business requirements, you will be available to work a rotating roster between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
