The Cushman & Wakefield service delivery team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services and its various agencies nominated freehold and leasehold property portfolio across New South Wales (NSW). This includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.

The Cushman & Wakefield service delivery team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services and its various agencies nominated freehold and leasehold property portfolio across New South Wales (NSW). This includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.

The portfolio is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, commercial offices, depots and heavy vehicle inspection stations.

Role Purpose:
The primary focus for the Service Delivery Manager is:

To ensure thorough inspections are conducted, including the collection and verification of base asset data
Be the main contact for the local vendor base in your region, gaining an intimate knowledge of their portfolio and requirements
As the local regional SME, provide the upmost in Customer Experience for your clients
About the role:
Key interface between the client and Cushman & Wakefield’s Customer Experience Centre (Helpdesk)
Manage escalations via the Customer Experience Centre (Helpdesk)
Manage the day to day remote operation of the sites, including scheduled and ad-hoc works
Manage the on-time (KPI) completion of scheduled and ad-hoc works; following through with contractors prior to the due date, with support from the Customer Experience Centre team
Process quoted works with contractors and follow through on timely client and FM approvals
Process invoices for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works and review and approve costings
Ensure timely submission of invoices by contractors and review finance claims for accuracy
Ensure that safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and customer safety requirements
Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for the tasks associated with the contract
Prepare and submit reports as required
Assist the Facilities Managers in documenting client meetings with appropriate work stream leaders, key contractors, monthly meetings and works in progress meetings
Manage remote site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption
Complete Contractor and C&W HSSEQ audits and spot checks
Assist in ensuring all client, compliance and operational policies and procedures, are being adhered to
Meet with FM weekly and report on operational status of work orders and any ongoing issues
Provision of monthly and other reporting and administrative requirements, including meeting minutes, as required
Other related duties as assigned from time to time by the Contract and/or Facilities Managers or arising from contract requirements
About You:
Control of major facilities or projects
Knowledge of software systems relative to commercial property
Management of various types of properties
Communication skills
Negotiation skills
Tertiary qualifications in building, architecture or engineering
Eligibility for membership of the Facilities Management Association of Australia
