Award wining restaurant in stunning Hunter Valley location is looking for an experience and qualified Sous chef. With a strong philosophy of using the freshest local produce, we are seeking someone with a great attitude and some creative flair. Ideally you will possess:

Previous experience in a high end a la carte venue an advantage.
Ability to work in a busy envrionment while keeping cool under pressure.
Good communication skills and team work
Passionate about the industry and career progression
Able to take direction and follow leadership
Creativity and a want to put your ideas and inspirations onto a plate.
Understanding of food safety, HACCP and OHS
