The Organisation
Based in the Newcastle CBD, our client provides industry financial services to a member base fund. Due to a combination of growth and internal changes a new opportunity exists for a mature and hardworking coordination superstar to join the team.

The Role
The business is currently seeking a Team Coordinator to join and support the HR & Communications function.

A professional attitude and self-awareness will be most critical in seeing the successful candidate integrate into the team with ease and allow for a smooth transition of support and coordination to occur. Ideally the successful candidate will have strong administrative support skills, to coordinate and administer a broad scope of duties to support the internal human resources and communications functions including; HRIS employee/ payroll records management, internal events, intranet and website content & updates, surveys and training.

Your Experience & Approach
Whilst experience and employment background will be highly weighted, your attitude and approach to the work will be most critical.

Strong attention to detail
A commitment to upholding confidentiality
Adept and capable of reviewing and interpreting legislative requirements
Eager and open to learn new things and take on additional responsibility
2-3 years + administrative and coordination experience
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Accustomed to following clearly defined processes and procedures
Strong work ethic and motivated attitude to contribute to the team goals
Commitment and dedication to accuracy, double checking and reporting
