Duties of the role:

Diary management
Book flights and accommodation
Coordinate and book meetings/events
Edit and format reports
Monitor multiple inboxes and actioning any tasks required
The right candidate will:

Be able to handle a busy workflow
Have prior experience managing diaries and booking travel
Be able to hit the ground running
Be organised, flexible and have an inquisitive nature
Experience using Microsoft as well as PowerPoint
