About the Role
This is no ordinary sales role – but you aren’t ordinary either…. You will provide successful leadership of a portfolio of accounts across a defined geographic location, for which you will be responsible for growing the business by securing new accounts and increasing volume within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business customers, and ensure the efficient follow up of all potential customer leads
Ensure a consistent high level of service offering to all existing and prospective customers
Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of highly valued account plans for existing and potential new customers
Identify strategic and key business opportunities within the market and ensure these opportunities are converted into new business activity
Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry
Identify opportunities to “add value” and contribute to the success of the customers’ businesses
Preparation of quotes and submission of tenders and actively follow up
Ensure all service standards are met and maintained
About You
A degree or a trade would be highly desirable
Exceptional sales and sales process management skills, ideally gained within a Building / Construction / Industrial / Manufacturing environment
Possesses strong strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial thinking skills
An ability to effectively construct and deliver a deal with a variety of customers
Have a great capacity to be creative and innovative in delivering “value add” products and service solutions
Ability to build strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage time autonomously, self motivated and driven
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / SAP would be advantageous
