Our client is a household name in Australia and they are looking for someone to join their growing team! Located in the heart of Newcastle our client boasts a collaborative culture with an excellent training and development program. They are looking for someone who has strong communication and a tech savvy mind to work in their team. The role is a 12 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension and possible permanency.

The Workforce Scheduler is responsible for the performance of both internal and external workforces and will identify and either resolve or escalate issues as required.

The Role:

Delivery of the highest priority work within KPI.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly
Ability to manage problems, engage stakeholders and weigh options to achieve timely resolution to issues
Identify issues with processes and resolve or escalate these issues immediately
Proactively initiate alternative action to ensure task requirements are met
Ad hoc administration duties where required
What do you need to be successful?

Flexibility to work a rotating roster from 7am-7pm
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
Program management experience is desirable
Sound Judgement and problem solving ability
