About the role
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality medical care to patients presenting to the acute medical unit of the Hospital, including but not limited to assessment, investigation, treatment and referral for ongoing non-inpatient care. Secondly to provide education, supervision and support to junior medical staff. This position may also be suitable for an overseas trained physician.

 

What you bring
- A Primary Medical Degree currently registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience working in acute care / general medicine
- High level skills and involvement in clinical care, supervision of junior doctors, mentoring and teaching
