Job Description

What is the role of a Client Service Officer?
As a Client Service Officer you will be working directly with clients of the Aboriginal Housing Office and their advocates to provide advice and assistance on housing options, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
We have one (1) temporary role available for a period of up to 4 years in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013
A Recruitment Pool may be created to fill similar roles for both ongoing and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience within a customer service/social welfare environment
Current Drivers Licence and a willingness to work with clients in their home
Experience working in a fast paced environment with ever-changing demands
Knowledge of and/or ability to use client management systems would be advantageous

Salary range $66,871.00 pa – $77,363.00 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
