Accessibility: The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You can also reach us personally via the Contact Us area of the website or by email.  Our normal office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday AEST (except NSW Public Holidays).  You are also welcome to visit our office in Newcastle NSW, by appointment.

Communication:   All enquiries received during our normal office hours (9am until 5pm Monday to Friday AEST – except NSW Public Holidays) will be responded to within one working day.

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fully answer your enquiry within one working day, we will contact you anyway, to explain the reason and provide a timeline of when you can expect a full response.


Personal Information: We value the personal information you give us and will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to that information.
